At WarmU, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our policy below.

1. Return Conditions

  • Quality Issues Only: We currently only accept returns for items with manufacturing defects or quality issues. We do not accept returns for change of mind or non-quality-related reasons.

  • Time Frame: All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging attached. Items that show signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Final Sale: All items purchased during a sale period are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have entered the processing stage. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you received a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at warmucollection@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

  3. Authorization: Do not send items back without prior discussion. Returns without official authorization will not be processed.

  4. Ship It Back: Once authorized, we will provide you with the return address. We recommend using your local post office (USPS) for a smoother process.

    • Note: We are unable to provide prepaid return labels at this time. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days (excluding bank processing time).

  • Exchanges: If you choose an exchange, your replacement package will be delivered within 3 - 20 days, depending on stock availability and location.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
