1. U.S. Shipping Information

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. APO/FPO and PO Boxes are proudly accepted.

• Primary Fulfillment: To ensure the fastest delivery, your package will be sent from our U.S. warehouses as a priority.

• Inventory Note: In rare cases where an item is out of stock in our U.S. facility, we will fulfill your order from our international warehouse to avoid delays.

• Order Tracking: Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be updated in our system.

2. International Shipping

We deliver worldwide! Please note that for international orders, a valid phone number and email address are required for customs and delivery confirmation.

Europe & The Rest of the World

• Customs & Duties: Customers are solely responsible for any VAT charges, customs fees, or import restrictions imposed by their local government. These fees cannot be altered or removed by WarmU.

• Processing: International shipments may experience additional delays due to local customs processing times.

3. Important Shipping Notes

• Multiple Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may be sent separately to ensure you receive available stock as quickly as possible.

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. WarmU is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting our support team at warmucollection@gmail.com
